I had chicken strips & house chips. Chicken was standard frozen with entirely too much coating. A few (about 1/4) of the chips were wet and extremely difficult to chew. Fortunately, I don't eat a lot. Our waiter (no name given) wasn't great. We seemed to be a burden on him. I'm happy it was a one-time visit!

We went for Sunday lunch. Lots of parking. Service was great. Price was decent. View is pretty. Food was good!
Overall great. Would come back here again.
The only thing is, the umbrellas outside cannot be angled, so the hot sun came down on one side of the table. Very uncomfortable.

Nice public course with very good groundskeeping (considering how busy this course is) and with million-dollar views! The BAD news is they don't accept American Express (?), no dogs are allowed on the outside patio (what? this is Denver) + they do NOT take very good care of the driving range (please replace the rubber nubs regularly, used to hold range balls and tees)!!
New version is awesome. Greens were slick and difficult. Layout is good and the views as good as ever.

Why is the range already exclusively mats in mid September? It’s already dumb enough to go mats only from 10/26 - 5/1 like your website says.
Additionally, why are the mats in such terrible condition for a course recently renovated with $40+ million? The mats are so bad it’s a waste of time to even go. Course is good enough but fix the range situation and we’ve got a pretty decent golf spot in central Denver.

6:30 am tee time booked 2 weeks in advance paying the $40 loyalty program. Decided to try it out after the remodel since I haven't played in years. Very good start to the morning round expecting to finish in under 4 hours, which is why you book an early round. We finished the first 9 in under 2 hours and were met with 3 groups standing on the back 9 waiting to tee off. The scheduler decided to jam groups off the back 9 until 8:30. We proceeded to wait an hour to play the back and took us 3 hours. Completely annoying and frustrating to also have a good round going and then interrupted because the city wants to make an additional $100 or so. Don't plan on playing here unless you are prepared to wait and don't mind a 5-6 hour round.
Very good experience. Course is in great shape summer 2022 - grass is full and lush throughout. Greens are a little battered from heavy use. The view of downtown is amazing. It is one of the best golf bargains in town - $20 for 9 and $38 for 18 on a Monday afternoon.
